Terms of Service

Last updated October 14, 2026

These terms apply to the websites, dashboard, and related services that Stronger Softworks (“we”) provides to our clients (“you”). By using the service you agree to them. A signed agreement or quote between us takes priority over these terms where they differ.

The service

We host your website and give your staff a dashboard to manage it. The features available to you depend on your plan. We may improve or change the service over time and will tell you in advance about any change that removes a feature you use.

Your account

You are responsible for the people you give dashboard access to and for what they do with it. Keep sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

You own the content you put on your site, including text, images, documents, and the information your visitors submit. You give us permission to store, copy, and display it only as needed to run the service. You are responsible for having the rights to what you publish.

Your visitors’ personal information

You control the personal information your site collects and are responsible for having a lawful basis for collecting it, publishing a privacy policy, and obtaining any consent the law requires, including consent under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) before sending bulk email. We process that information only on your instructions and to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We keep it secure, tell you without undue delay about any breach that affects it, and delete it within a reasonable time after our relationship ends.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, including copyright;
  • send spam or messages without the consent the law requires;
  • publish content that is hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative;
  • spread malware, or try to access other clients’ data or disrupt the service.

We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

Copyright notices

If you believe content on a site we host infringes your copyright, send a notice through our contact page. We handle notices under the Copyright Act’s notice-and-notice regime, which includes forwarding them to the site owner.

Fees

You agree to pay the fees in your quote or invoice. We may change our fees with at least 30 days’ notice. If an invoice goes unpaid, we may suspend the service after giving you notice.

Ending the service

Either of us may end the service with 30 days’ written notice, or right away if the other seriously breaks these terms. Before your data is deleted, you may ask us for a copy of your content.

Warranties and liability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost revenue or donations, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
